Hydrostatic Testing is a proven method for evaluating the strength and integrity of pipelines. At PTS, we employ the WRc Type 2 method, which is widely recognised for water pipelines. Additionally, by subjecting the pipelines to controlled water pressure, we can detect potential weaknesses, leaks, or structural issues, providing essential insights for pipeline operators.

Comprehensive Data Logging and Analysis

To deliver accurate results, we prioritise comprehensive data logging during the Hydrostatic Testing process. Firstly, our expert team meticulously records pressure measurements, duration of the test, and any observations or abnormalities. Secondly, this data provides valuable insights for evaluation and comparison, enabling us to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate remedial actions. Hydrostatic Testing for High-Pressure Gas Pipelines

In addition to water pipelines, PTS also provides Hydrostatic Testing services for stage 1 evaluation of high-pressure gas pipelines. In this regard, our expertise extends to delivering water using tankers, dewatering the system, and facilitating the drying process.
